Shipping Rates and Methods
We offer complimentary Ground shipping for all orders over $100, and a flat rate shipping fee of $5.95 for all other orders under $100. Please place overnight order(s) before 12:00pm EST to assure items arrive the next business day. S&H charges are non-refundable in occurrences where Dr. Loretta has made no error in merchandizing or shipping.
We ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. States. Deliveries are scheduled from Monday-Friday (no delivery service on Saturday or Sunday). At this time, we do not ship to U.S. Territories or to international addresses.
Tracking Your Order
After your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information so that you may check status of the order at your convenience. Please allow approximately 3-5 days for the processing and shipping of all orders. Subscriptions
Dr. Loretta's Subscription program is the most convenient way to make sure you never run out of your favorite Dr. Loretta products. We automatically send your favorite products based upon your chosen frequency. Plus, you'll receive 10% off all Subscribed products. Sales Tax
You are responsible for the payment of any state and local sales or use taxes that may apply to your order. The sales tax is calculated based on the full invoice price, and may include charges for shipping and handling if required by law. By law, Dr. Loretta must collect sales tax for all orders shipped to the State of Florida.
Returns and Exchanges
Dr. Loretta stands behind its products and will issue a refund, replacement or credit if you are not satisfied with your purchase and notify us within 14 days of receipt of product. Refunds will be made by original method of payment. All returns must arrive in the original packaging. Please call 1-877-768-4050 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) before returning any product. Dr. Loretta will not credit the return of merchandise returned without a return authorization number.
Mistaken and Damaged Shipments
Dr. Loretta will replace the order and refund any applicable shipping costs if we made an error with your order. Please note any obvious damage or shortage at the time of delivery and make all claims for replacement or credit within 14 days of delivery.
To return any mistaken or damaged item, please call 1-877-768-4050 to obtain a Returned Authorization (RA). For damaged orders, keep the original box and all packaging materials for possible inspection by the carrier and/or return to Dr. Loretta. Dr. Loretta may at any time limit the number of delivery attempts based on unfavorable delivery history resulting from, but not limited to, damage, loss, or theft.
