Shipping Rates and Methods

Orders shipping in the United States

We offer complimentary Ground shipping for all orders over $100 USD, and for all orders under $100 USD, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Please place overnight order(s) before 12:00pm EST to assure items arrive the next business day. S&H charges are non-refundable in occurrences where Dr. Loretta has made no error in merchandizing or shipping.

Orders shipping to Canada

We offer complimentary Ground shipping for all orders over $150 CAD, and for all orders under $150 CAD, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Please place overnight order(s) before 12:00pm EST to assure items arrive the next business day. S&H charges are non-refundable in occurrences where Dr. Loretta has made no error in merchandizing or shipping.

Delivery times vary between 10-12 business days for standard shipping and 5-7 business days for express when shipping to Canada.

 

Tracking Your Order

After your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information so that you may check status of the order at your convenience. Please allow approximately 3-5 days for the processing and shipping of all orders.
