A tried and true ingredient, retinol is well-known for its anti-aging properties, but often comes with the price of flaking or irritation. This serum reduces retinol irritation with a boost of hydrating lipids. Give your skin the moisture it craves while minimizing the appearance of pores and wrinkles. If you’re new to retinol, be sure to start slow while your skin builds up tolerance to all of the goodness this serum offers.

    Holy grail retinol

    Over the years, I’ve tried Shani Darden Retinol Reform, Skinceuticals, tretinoin, etc. and my skin has never responded well to retinol until this formulation. I saw immediate results (skin resurfacing, a very mild purge but nothing too extreme) after using once/week and then increasing to 2 nights/week. This has a luxurious, slippery handfeel and a very mild scent. Pairs well with other moisturizers and serums. Worth its weight in gold!
